Events

We offer 3 levels of alpine event:
CHALLENGE – EXPERIENCE – EXPLORE

Challenge

Our signature events involve day hikes, trekking & climbing summits in the Alps, based in luxury accommodation, with a private chef and the CHX Challenge team on hand throughout.

Examples:

Alpine Twin Peak / Three Peak Challenge – Taking in summits twice the height of Ben Nevis across Italy, Switzerland and France: 3 Countries, 3 Peaks, 3 Days.

Experience

Hiking, trekking and Alpine team events at a lower price point and perfect for small teams of friends to get together, usually involving more demanding itineraries and sometimes even some friendly competition.

Examples:

Hut-to-Hut Alpine Trekking – Discover remote alpine wilderness with overnight treks in the back country far from the crowds: including areas such as the Tour du Mont Blanc and the Gran Paradiso National Park.

CHX ‘Meet Your Mountain’ Challenge – A team competition to cover as much distance and height gain together within a defined time limit.

Explore

Longer, bigger challenges for more experienced participants that could include higher elevations and tougher conditions in more remote locations, from trekking in the Himalayas, 4,000 metre Alpine peaks, or winter wilderness snowshoeing.

Examples:

Snowshoe Across The Alps – Travel through winter wonderlands, experiencing beauty and remoteness you never thought possible

Big Peaks In The Alps & The Atlas Mountains – you can find huge challenges scaling peaks above 3,000 & 4,000 metres! These events can test even the most adventurous supporters.

CORPORATE EVENTS

These typically combine elements of our Challenge events with dedicated time for planning and strategising spent together in the chalets or hotel. The challenge could be day hikes, multi-day trekking or activities such as via ferrata, rafting, e-biking, yoga or visits to the iconic sites and landmarks in the Chamonix Valley.
